HERE’S HOW TO QUALIFY:

Existing Star to Silver Executives:

1. Achieve the rank of Gold Executive and then remain “paid-as” a Gold Executive or above for two additional weeks during the qualification period.
2. Must enrol at least four new personally sponsored distributors, who are all active at 200 PV during the qualification period.
3. Must be active at 100 PV during the qualification period and until the last business week that you leave for the trip.

Existing Gold Executives and above:

1. Be “paid-as” your highest achieved rank for at least four weeks during the qualification period.
2. Must enrol at least four new personally sponsored distributors, who are all active at 200 PV during the qualification period.
3. Must be active at 100 PV during the qualification period and until the last business week that you leave for the trip.

Departure Dates:
10–15 June 2013

Details: 6 Days 3 Nights; Tokyo, Japan

Terms and Conditions:

1. Executive Elite Extravaganza (EEE) is an incentive trip.
2. EEE is for qualified distributors only.
3. MonaVie will only pay for the qualified distributor and one guest.
4. A distributor may not postpone their trip or transfer the trip to another person.
5. No cash reimbursement will be given to those that miss their trip.
6. The eligible distributor must be doing business ethically and strictly adhere to the company’s published Global Policies and Procedures.
7. If you qualify for the reward trip but wish not to join, you must notify MonaVie Malaysia Marketing and Event Department at least 30 days before the departure date. Failure to do so will result in immediate rejection should you wish to join the following trip.
8. MonaVie solely reserves the right to determine qualifications of eligible distributors.
9. Terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
